In a nutshell

As Product Lead, your role is to build and run a team designed to scale user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will ensure that we have the right resources and processes to fully integrate user needs into the product and help them to get the most of IDL’s data.

About the Role

So, what will you do as a First Product Lead?

• Product Discovery: You will run user interviews (w/ sales, analysts, and customers), deploy user behavior analytics and competitive benchmarking to build product roadmaps that everyone loves.
• Internal Product Management: You will ensure the scalability of the IDL data analysis process, to enhance analysts analysts productivity and Q&A capabilities by creating tools (e.g. APIs, Excel Plugins, Automation tools, since documentation, open source libraries)
• Product Quality
• Product Specialist & Partnership: You will leverage your product knowledge & design skills to help sales forge strategic and mutually beneficial relationships to enter new markets, increase our resources, and enhance our credibility
• Product Team: You will support the founders in hiring, training, and managing a world-class product team (Ui/Ux Design, Q&A, PMs, Product Specialists) able to build bridges between sales & development teams
• Product Roadmap: You will create roadmaps that help our teams prioritize the right features to balance acquisition, retention, and monetization objectives with our ability to build and improve the features.
• Product Culture/Ops: You will help build and transmit user-centric values, culture, and processes that people trust based on documentation, onboarding features, analytics, and deep customer insights. Along the way, you will leverage your knowledge about our analyst, ESG and finance persona to empower all people to think “customer first” at all product stages.
• Product Management: You will work with product owners to ensure development teams have the right level of specs, designs & customer insights, to build features that people will love.

<aside> 💡 In the first days, you will do most of it by yourself but as the company grows, you will hire and manage teams to efficiently scale the company’s product.
