About the Role
So, what will you do as a COO?
- Partnership & Distribution: You will forge strategic and mutually beneficial relationships to enter new markets, increase our resources, and enhance our credibility
- Culture & HR: You will help our founder build and transmit values, culture, and processes that people trust
- CFO: You will make sure that make sure our money is well spent (tech, AI, legal, hiring, ads…), negotiate the best deals, anticipate our cash needs, and support our founder in making buy & build arbitrage decisions
- Growth Product: You will help our founder prioritize the right features to balance acquisition, retention, and monetization objectives and make sure that we have the resources to execute fast
- Operations: You will hire and coordinate all the support stakeholders (legal, finance, HR, & subject matter experts) to build the most relevant organization
- Marketing Ops & Data: You will ensure that we have the right data to track, monitor, and improve acquisition, retention, and monetization over time

💡 In the first days, you will do most of it by yourself but as the company grows, you will hire and manage teams to efficiently scale the company
